VAAHTO GROUP RESTRUCTURES THE PAPER MACHINERY BUSINESSES TO VAAHTO PULP & PAPER MACHINERY –BUSINESS UNIT

Vaahto Group reorganizes the paper machine businesses of the Group and will carry out the development program to strengthen the international competitiveness of the Group.

The operations of Vaahto Oy, AK-Tehdas Oy and AP-Tela Oy will be combined into Vaahto Pulp & Paper Machinery –business unit.

The management of the Vaahto Pulp & Paper Machinery –business unit has been appointed as follows:

M.Sc.(Econ.) Anssi Klinga has been appointed to be responsible for the operations (production, purchases, financing). He has been also appointed to Vice President (COO) of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj.

M.Sc.(Eng.) Jyrki Strengell has been appointed to be responsible for marketing and sales. The marketing of the service business also belongs to his responsibility.

M.Sc.(Eng.) Tapio Mattila has been appointed to be responsible for engineering and project management.

Anssi Klinga, Jyrki Strengell and Tapio Mattila report to Antti Vaahto, President (CEO) of Vaahto Group.
