JAPROTEK OY AB, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, HAS RECEIVED A SUBSTANTIAL ORDER FOR TANKS AND AGITATORS FROM BELGIUM

Japrotek Oy Ab, located in Pietarsaari, has received an order for nine storage tanks 1000–3000 m3 in volume with agitators from a Belgian company who is building a chemical tank farm in Antwerpen. The order contains design, prefabrication of tank parts in the work shop, large agitators of Japrotek proprietary design, erection, insulation and service platforms.

The design work is commenced immediately. Prefabrication of tank parts will be started in February 2007. The tank erection is scheduled to be finished in August 2007 and the insulation work in November 2007.

The order sum is approximately 7 million euros and it’s one of the largest single orders in Japrotek Oy Ab’s history. Together with orders received earlier, this assignment fills company’s manufacturing capacity until early summer 2007.
