EXEMPTION FROM THE OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH AN INTERIM REPORT
The shares of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj have been transferred to the stock exchange list due to the list structure changes. The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has granted Vaahto Group Plc Oyj an exemption from the obligation to publish an interim report for the period 1.9.2006 – 30.11.2006.
According to earlier announcement, Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will publish an interim report per 28.2.2007 covering six months of operations. The main figures of the financial statements of the fiscal year 1.9.2005 - 31.8.2006 will be published on November 16, 2006 and the week of the publication of the financial statements is 48/2006.
