Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will publish during the next fiscal year that will begin 1.9.2011 only one interim report per 29.2.2012 covering six months of operations. The Interim Report will be published on April 12, 2012.

Instead of the interim reports for the first three and nine months of the accounting period, Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will disclose the interim management statements during both the first and the last half-year of the fiscal period. At the time this decision is made, the market value of the Vaahto Group Plc Oyj is under 75 million euros, so the requirements to disclose the interim management statement set in the Ministry of Finance decree are met. The Interim Management Statement for Q1 will be published on January 13, 2012 and for Q3 on June 29, 2012.
